dk85 Terms & Conditions

In this document, "dk85", "we", and "platform" refer to dk85.mom. "Player" and "you" refer to any individual who has registered an account and is using this platform.

By visiting the dk85 website, creating an account, or placing any bet, you are considered to have read and accepted all of these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any of them, you must stop using the service immediately.

dk85 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Each time a player logs in and continues to use the platform, they are generally considered to have accepted the updated policy. We recommend checking these terms regularly.

1.1 Language & Definitions

These terms and conditions are written in Burmese. In the event of any discrepancy between a translation and the original, the Burmese original shall take precedence.

1.2 Legal Jurisdiction

By using this platform, you agree that you are personally responsible for ensuring your use of this service complies with the laws of your local area. dk85 is not liable for handling any legal consequences.

To use dk85's services, you must register an account and meet the following requirements—

• You must be 21 years of age or older on the day you register. Accounts belonging to players under 21 will be closed immediately and any associated balances will be handled accordingly.
• Each person may only open one account. If a family member already has an account, please ensure there are no issues—
• When registering, you may only provide accurate personal information that belongs to you.
• Using dk85's services on behalf of a business, organization, or third party is not permitted.

2.1 Identity Verification

dk85 reserves the right to verify a player's personal information at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. If incorrect information is submitted, the account may be suspended or closed.

Players must keep their username and password entirely to themselves and must not share them with anyone. dk85 is not responsible for any losses resulting from a third party accessing your account.

• Only one person may access an account—
• If it is found that false information was provided with the intent to claim bonuses unfairly, the account will be closed and the bonus will be forfeited.

The following policies apply when depositing to the dk85 platform—

• The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks.
• Accepted payment methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer.
• Deposits may only be made from the player's own bank account or personal payment method — deposits from a third party's name are not allowed.
• Funds will be added to the player's account once the platform confirms the deposit.
• If a server error or network issue occurs during a deposit, you must contact [email protected] immediately and attach a screenshot of the payment as proof.

4.1 Illegal Funds

dk85 strictly follows policies on anti-money laundering. Depositing funds that do not come from your own account or that were obtained through illegal means is prohibited. If this is discovered, the account will be suspended immediately and the matter will be escalated.

The rules regarding withdrawals are as follows—

• The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks.
• Withdrawals are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after the security check is completed.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same account used for the deposit — transfers to a different payment account are not possible.
• Withdrawals may be held until the player's identity verification is complete.
• While holding any bonus, withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirement is met — see Section 6 for details.

5.1 Withdrawal Rejection

Reasons a withdrawal may be rejected include — incomplete personal information, unmet bonus wagering requirements, suspected illegally obtained funds, or situations that do not comply with local laws.

By claiming any bonus or promotion offered by dk85, you are considered to have fully accepted the terms set out in these conditions.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

dk85's welcome bonus is 150% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus amount, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount.

Example—

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 30,000 Ks → Account balance 50,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 30,000 × 15 = 450,000 Ks
• 680,000 Ks deposit → 500,000 Ks bonus → Account balance 1,180,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 500,000 × 15 = 7,500,000 Ks

6.2 Bonus Eligibility Restrictions

• Each player can receive the welcome bonus once only.
• If you cancel a deposit while a bonus is active, the bonus may also be forfeited.
• If a bonus is obtained through fraudulent means, the bonus and any related winnings will be voided.
• Transferring funds to another account before the bonus wagering requirement is met is not allowed.

6.3 Other Promotions

The referral program, VIP program, and other promotions each have their own specific terms and conditions, which apply alongside the general policies on this page.

The general game rules for all games on the dk85 platform are as follows—

• Once a game round is officially completed, the result will be checked and any winnings will be credited to your account.
• If a game round is incomplete due to a server error, the round will be reviewed and a separate decision may be made.
• If a player exploits a software bug or irregular payout to obtain winnings, those winnings will be voided.
• The rules for each individual game are displayed within the game itself and should be read carefully.

7.1 Live Casino Rules

In live casino games, the live dealer's decisions are final. In Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, and other games, if your connection drops during play, only the result recorded on the server will be considered valid.

7.2 Game Dispute

dk85 reserves the right to suspend a game round for investigation if there is reason to believe it was obtained unfairly. If the investigation confirms foul play, dk85 has the right to void the result.

Players must use the platform in a lawful manner and must follow these restrictions—

• Any attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
• Colluding with other players to harm the platform is also prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dk85 and may result in account suspension and, where necessary, legal action—

• Attempts at money laundering
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly
• Attempting to exploit software bugs to obtain bonuses fraudulently
• Attempting to access other players' personal information
• Attempting to manipulate game results through hacking
• Making statements in public channels that damage the platform's reputation

dk85 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice, in particular for the following reasons—

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Providing false personal information
• Records that raise suspicion of fraudulent play
• Abusive or aggressive behaviour toward our staff
• Player's own request

11.1 Fund Handling After Closure

If an account is closed, any remaining balance (personal funds, not bonus funds) may be returned to the player's own payment method — this decision will be made after the post-closure review is complete.
